Judges will be looking for:
- Evidence/testimonials of how their contribution has had a positive impact
- A story about why they wanted to help
- Individuals that have helped out in their own time
- Lots of energy, resourcefulness, enthusiasm and a passion for their locality
- A strong CSR plan
