The waiting is almost over – the winners of the 2019 Croydon Business Excellence Awards in association with Willmott Dixon will be finally be revealed at the glittering Gala Dinner & Charity Ball this Thursday, October 3.

Last year’s event was a huge success – check out the 2018 video below.    And the last few tickets for this year’s Party of the Year at The Grand Sapphire Hotel in Croydon, are almost gone!

2019 Awards host, TV presenter Dan Lobb (pictured below), commented: “I’m really looking forward to being part of the 2019 Croydon Business Excellence Awards. I lived in South London for over 20 years and my TV career actually started in Croydon, so I feel an affinity with the town and borough.

“I know it’s always a fun evening, and a great event that is growing all the time, not least because of the fantastic regeneration project Croydon is benefiting from.”More than 450 guests, who will enjoy a networking drinks reception, a three course dinner with wine, entertainment and dancing until late to a live band. The highlight of the evening will the presentation of the 14 category awards as well as the premier award, the title of Croydon Business of the Year.

A record number of entries were submitted to this year’s awards with the 111 shortlisted companies progressing to the second round of judging interviews which took place earlier this month.
